Blake now had 4 teeth and is moving around like crazy!! He now exclusively crawls on his hands and knees and loves to walk around with our help. Sometimes I'll go to sit him down on the floor and he moves his legs so that he can stay standing! He'll also pull to a stand on anything that he can. He uses my legs a lot, and then sometimes once he's standing, he'll let go of me. He's quite the little dare devil and I wouldn't be surprised if he started walking before he's 1 year old. Blake LOVES to be outside. Whenever he's grumpy, we just take him outside and he's immediately happy. 

This month we got to go to Utah for a week so Blake got to have fun with his cousins and Uncles and Aunts. It took him practically the whole week to get used to the other babies and he still wasn't used to all the adults by the time we left. This quarantine has really made his stranger danger strong. Overall he had a good time, and I hope we'll be able to take him back to Utah before the summer is over 😊

Seven Months

None really 🤷 besides the obvious being tired and hungry. 

Blake is getting so big! He can sit up pretty well now, but still topples over randomly. He is also scootch army crawling. He's not totally army crawling, but he does move forward fairly quickly!! He moves and wiggles all the time, which makes it hard to feed, change, or clothe him. He is still loving solid foods and is getting so good at feeding himself those teething rice crackers. His top front teeth are on their way but are still hiding away in his gums, so he still only has the 2 teeth. He giggles up a storm when we play peek-a-boo, tickle him or toss him in the air (carefully 😊).

A lot of changes this month!! Blake has his two front bottom teeth and is starting to get his knees up under him during tummy time. Crawling is right around the corner! He scootches pretty far, which is basically army crawling. He's so close!! He'll also walk around a bit in his walker. He recently started playing with his feet, and he'll also shake his head to copy me as well as during certain songs. He's been squealing and talking up a storm which is so adorable! Let's be honest, I think everything about this kid is adorable!! He'll just laugh at the most random things some times, and I love it! I hope he is always such a happy little guy ❤️. 

He loves chewing on all blankets, but especially loves the chair covers! 

Blake is so good at getting the spoon in his mouth by himself!

This month Blake started sleeping through the night occasionally! It was so nice, but now he's either teething or going through a sleep regression because he wakes up ALL. THE. TIME. It's hard not to get frustrated! 

He still loves when I sing to him and he's still very ticklish. He laughs and squeals all the time! Blake likes to keep us guessing at which bottles he'll like that day and about when he's tired. One thing is always for sure though: he loves to be held and he loves to walk around with whoever is holding him. 

This month Blake also tried solid foods. He had peas, bananas, applesauce and butternut squash. He liked the peas the most and applesauce is better now that he's had it a few times. 

Four Months

Blake really has grown so much this month!! He talks way more, squeals, giggles and smiles all the time! One time this month I was singing to him and rocking him trying to get him to go to sleep and he just kept smiling at me 😍. He is just the cutest! He is so ticklish and will giggle when I change his clothes 🤣. He rolled from back to front this month as well as front to back and really likes to sit up and stand with our help. He's drinking 7 ounces every feeding (except for at night when he only drinks 4). We just love our little chub-a-wub ♥️♥️.
