More Nails and HUNGER GAMES!!!

So, I have tried 3 more designs on my nails! Plaid, frogs, and water marbling :)
Plaid with blue as base color and black, white and silver sparkle stripes

Frog's :) cute right?

Water Marbling-didn't turn out like I hoped but, still looks cool :)

I went and saw The Hunger Games on Friday (the morning after it came out) with Emilee, Adam, and Jacob Woodward, Beth Peña, Jessica Beady and her little brother :) I read the books and totally LOVED them, so it goes without saying that I was SUPER psyched for the movie to come out!!! The movie was AMAZING! :D I really liked it! I'm not sure if I would have enjoyed it as much if I hadn't read the books though. I've seen this move twice now and loved it the second time too :) Definitely worth the wait!

P.S. I'm team Peeta ;)

Hopes Birthday!

Today is my sister Hope's birthday!! She's turning the big 2-1 and now she's legal ;) Anyways... to celebrate her birthday we went and got pedicures! YAY! :D I have never had a pedicure before so it was especially cool for me :P I've heard that if you really want a pedicure (or manicure) done right you have to have it done by an Asian lady. Not to be racist or anything, but just because they do cool designs and stuff and are just better than other mani/pedi people. The place we went to is over by Papa Murphy's and I didn't even know it was there until today, but it was super fun and relaxing! This place had those massaging chairs (I don't really like massages but these chairs were super comfy ;)) and something about having my feet in warm water is relaxing to me. Also something I learned: my feet are more ticklish than I had originally thought! I was trying super hard not to jerk my foot back when she got to a ticklish spot (which happens to be my arch and the last 3 toes). She thought it was funny though so I guess it's all good.

Me and Hope went with blue (I'm the teal-ish one and she's the  sky blue one)
and my mom went with purple. (I know it looks red.)

They even put little jewel's in the center of our flowers! :)

Totally a fun day! We went out to Red Robins afterwards and stuffed ourselves on onion rings, burgers, fries, and Strawberry Lemonades! Hope made us promise we wouldn't tell the waitress that it was her birthday though haha :) Today went by super fast! Can't wait to hang out with Hope later today :)

Chalking Hair

My mom found out about this on Pintrest! It's called "chalking hair", and it's like dying your hair except it only lasts a day, so it's kind of cool! I've always wanted to try different colored streaks in my hair, but using dye damages your hair, so I wasn't very excited about that part. :)  Someone told me once that they thought I would look good with blue streaks, so I tried blue first :)

The lighting's not to great so it's a little hard to see, sorry!

*P.S. If you wanna try here's a great link that tells you how! -->
